It is called TPD, and it is essential that every wholesaler in the nation be compliant with these regulations. Also, in May 2017 the grace period ends and all rules will be strictly enforced, so you had better make sure that your business is in complete compliance.

This is very important. The e-liquid supplier you choose must have a vast array of flavors for you to choose from. These must all be TPD compliant, and should range from the traditional tobacco, to fruit flavors, to many other options. 1. If they are based in the UK they should be using ingredients that come 100% from the UK and that are of pharmaceutical grade. It is essential for the health and well being of your customers and your business's future that their ingredients be of the purest quality. Furthermore, these ingredients should be developed in clean laboratories which are of pharmaceutical grade standards. There's no excuse for slipshod work being done in an unsanitary, unprofessional laboratory and your customers will call you out on this if this is the case.
2. The wholesaler's name should be a renowned one that has an excellent reputation that is known all around the UK. You don't want to involve yourself with someone who is just starting out themselves and hasn't learned all the ropes yet, nor do you want to risk receiving substandard e-liquids.
